Do I get compensated for being evicted under the Ellis Act

Do I get compensated for being evicted under the Ellis Act?

If you are evicted under the Ellis Act, you do receive compensation. Landlords must pay each tenant a certain amount (see chart below) with a household cap for relocation costs.

The amount changes every year and is adjusted for cost of living. Disabled and senior tenants, as well as households with children, also receive an additional amount above the cap.
